Page Display Issues

In the event your page does not appear, try clearing your cache. The procedures on clearing your cache will vary depending on your web browser.

Tip: Heavy users should clear their cache every week or two. Moderate users every month. If you view sites that are updated often you should get into the habit of clearing your cache on a regular basis.

How to clear your cache:

For Internet Explorer 8

  1. Click Tools from the Internet Explorer menubar located at the top right of your browser.
  2. Click Internet Options. This will open the Internet Options modal to the General tab.
  3. Click Delete…from browsing history.
  4. Click Delete…for Temporary Internet Files.
  5. Repeat step 4 for Cookies, History and Form data.
  6. Click OK to close the Internet Options modal.

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click Tools from the Firefox menubar located at the top left of your browser.
  2. Click Clear Private Data. A module will open.
  3. Check all boxes except Saved Passwords.
  4. Click Clear Private Data Now.

For Chrome

  1. Click the Tools Icon chrome-tool-iconfrom the Google Chrome menubar located at the top right of your browser.
  2. Click Clear browsing data…
  3. Check all boxes except Clear saved passwords.
  4. Click Clear Browsing Data.

For Opera

  1. Click Tools from the Opera menubar located at the top right of your browser.
  2. Click Delete Private Data. A module will open.
  3. Expand Detailed Options.
  4. Check all boxes except Clear all e-mail account passwords and Clear all Wand passwords.
  5. Click Delete.

TIP: To quickly reload the page you’re viewing without caching, hit the reload/refresh button while holding down the ‘shift’ key.
