Video: NATO-Russia Relations after the Newport Summit – Dr Markus Kaim

In this video, Dr Markus Kaim, Head of the International Security Research Division of the German Institute of International and Security Affairs, explores possibilities for the future of NATO-Russia relations, in the context of rising tensions in general, and the Ukraine crisis in particular.

The lecture was co-sponsored by the Canada-Europe Transatlantic Dialogue, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, and the Carleton Centre for Security and Defence Studies, and took place at Carleton University on November 5, 2014.
